Let's Talk Wellbeing Self- Referral

Welcome to Let's Talk Wellbeing. We are a Psychological Therapies services for people registered with a GP within Nottingham City, Greater Notts, Leicestershire & Rutland and Leicester City. We provide therapy for mental health difficulties such as Depression and Anxiety disorders.
We can take referrals for patients age 16+ in Leicestershire and Rutland and Leicester City and age 18+ in Nottingham City and Greater Notts
Please be advised that we notify your GP that you have referred yourself to our service, if you have any concerns regarding this call our office.
Please complete the following information, as soon as we receive your self -referral, we will contact you with further information.
From 1 April 2019 the Trust will no longer provide it's Let's Talk - Wellbeing service in Newark and Sherwood and Mansfield and Ashfield. Another provider is available, Insight Healthcare, who already provide services in these areas.
Let's Talk - Wellbeing will continue to be available to people across Nottingham City and the rest of Nottinghamshire County. Find out more about Insight Healthcare http://www.insighthealthcare.org/
We are not an emergency service.
If you are currently feeling suicidal, engage in significant self-harming behaviours or do not feel you can keep yourself safe this service is not the appropriate service for you. Please contact your GP to discuss other options.
